Why explosions in charging boiler occur? Temperature of furnace (heat) decreases below the temperature of ignition of flue gases, what causes increase of their concentration, during break in blowing of the fired up boiler.

wybuch

- incorrect chimney draught

- bad quality of fuel

- too rare frequency of blowing cycles

- no heat recovery - turned off or throttled heat receivers by thermostatic valves

- aerated system or boiler

- inappropriate boiler for the usable area

- incorrectly set parameters in boiler controller

Temperature of furnace (heat) decreases below the temperature of ignition of flue gases, what causes increase of their concentration, during break in blowing of the fired up boiler.

Another switching on of the fan causes exceeding of temperature of ignition of gases (usually above 300-400 C) and discharge of pressure by explosion.
