DS boilers used bottom combustion technique, which belong to the most effective and ecological types of fuel combustion in boilers with manual charging. Layer of heat is maintained at the constant level and therefore fuel is combusted in effective and energy efficient way. Moreover, bottom combustion distinguished with lower pollutants emission, better afterburning of fuel, lower temperature of flue gas leaving the boiler and significantly higher efficiency exceeding 86%. Operation process does not require use of electric energy - boilers are operating using natural draught and temperature is mechanically controlled using knob on lifting flap in ash-pan doors or using draught regulator. Moreover, boiler is equipped with a possibility to adjust stream of secondary air. Boilers are equipped with installed cooling coil pipe allowing assembly in the closed system.
