Boilers with feeder for coal
AKM DUO boilers are equipped with two independent furnaces: automatic supplied by side piston feeder, allowing combustion of qualified fines and eco pea coal, and traditional, created by fixed grate cooled with water. Water tubes of grate not only allow combustion of fuels such as wood or coal, but also are additional surface of heat transfer. Heat exchanger of boilers is made of boiler steel of thickness 6-10 mm. In automatic operation mode the specified amount of fuel is cyclically supplied to the furnace grate and fan is forcing air necessary for combustion process. Part of air supplied by the fan is directed to the fuel container. Forced draught dries fuel, prevents its suspension in the container and ensured additional aeration, protecting container and fuel feeder against accelerated use and improves boiler operation parameters. The newest generation of controller is used for control of the correct run of combustion process. This controller is equipped with touch display servicing 4 pumps. Boiler control can be developed with modules controlling mixing valves, room controller and modules controlling boiler through the Internet and GSM.
