EkoPell Max 500-800
EKOPELL MAX 300-800 boilers are designed for combustion of biomass in form of wood pellet with diameter 6÷8mm and co-firing of kernels, shells and grains with diameter up to 30 mm.
Fuel feeding system consists of two screw conveyor feeders driven by separate motoreducers. Rotary feeder, with intermediate fuel charging channel equipped with fuel level sensor detecting whether fuel is not deposited in the feeding system, is located between them. System is additionally protected against flashback using fire suppression system with BVTS valves connected to the water supply network. The advantage of feeding system is possibility to set upper fuel worm feeder in any angle configuration with respect to the bottom worm feeder, what allows installing boiler also in smaller boiler rooms.
Burner for biomass combustion is equipped with forced-draught igniter intended for automatic firing of fuel using blow of hot air. It is also equipped with autonomous aeration system supplying primary and secondary air. Air is supplied by forced draught fans, separately for primary and secondary air, and their operation is electronically controlled. Moreover, the burner is equipped with collecting ring, which is used to prevent getting unburned fuel to the ash-pan.
It is possible to install automatic pneumatic system for cleaning of tubular heat exchanger and automatic ash removal system.
EKOPELL MAX boilers are safe and convenient in use. They are distinguished by maintenance-free firing up and automatic dampening depending on the parameters set. Moreover, they allow using various types of fine fuels, including waste materials from agriculture. Solutions used in the boilers ensure clean and economical combustion of fuels. Technical solutions in burner and fuel feeding system in EKOPELL MAX boilers has been notified to patent protection in the Patent Office. The boilers meet all requirements of amended standard - PN-EN 303-5.
